Memorandum of Agreement for collaboration in the field of information and communication research between Tsinghua University, China and the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology, Japan was signed at Tsinghua University on 6 November, 2004. Both sides agreed to cooperate on information and communications research by exchanging researchers and information, having fellowship programs, holding symposium, and conducting joint research projects, all with the aim of aiding research with each other and establishing friendly relations.
