Chinese State Councillor, Chen Zhili, says China will improve training and offer more opportunities for gifted individuals.

Speaking at a meeting on college education, Chen Zhili says speeding up training for gifted individuals is important.

The state councillor notes that China should make increased efforts to attract and foster scientists and leading international scholars.

He also stressed the importance of training a large group of young leading scholars to keep talents in the country.
