At present, Tianjin University of Commerce has nearly 10,000 students studying for 30 kinds of bachelor’s degree. With the economic globalization, China will deepen and expand its participation in the international exchanges of economy upon its entry into WTO. As the Chinese economy steps towards the world, it requires that the higher education fosters more professional talents familiar with the international exchanges of economy and the international “gaming rules”.
