The 12th CERNET Annual Conference will be held in Dalian, 1-6 November, 2005, with the aim of promoting the network construction in China, boosting the development of the network applications. The 12th CERNET Annual Conference is approved by MoE, and Dalian University of Technology is the local organizer.
