Memorandum of Understanding for establishment of China-Korea link between the Ministry of Education, People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Information and Communication, Republic of Korea was singed recently. Both sides agreed to establish C-K Link by connecting their respective research and education networks, and to facilitate traffic exchange, joint research and development, and other applications with related networks.

Both sides shall make every effort to promote and encourage cooperation with a view to achieving the objectives of promoting research, education and applications, improving networking infrastructure and Internet performance, intensifying research collaboration.
