The Chinese-European Networking Symposium will be held in Shanghai, China, 9-10 Dec 2004, which is the important part of EC-Bridge Project launched by European Commission.

This significant symposium will be an important platform for researchers to communicate and cooperate between Europe and China in the field of advanced network and broadband solutions. China Education and Research Network Center (CERNET), being one of China's important coordinators of the EC-Bridge project will hold this important symposium. Shanghai Jiaotong University will be the in-place coordinator in Shanghai City.

During the two-day symposium, we will also hold a related exhibition about network technology and network products. We will invite about 30 leading medium and large size companies from China and Europe to attend the exhibition. Chinese-European Network Symposium will greatly promote scientific and technological collaboration between Europe and China in the field of Advanced Network and Broadband Solutions.
