　　Last date for receipt of application for examination –23th April 2012

　　Last date for receipt of Application with late fee for examination – 25th April 2012

　　Venue: Pak China Friendship Center, 7th Avenue near Chandtara Chowk, Shakarparian, Islamabad.

　　Application form No.lll-A (For persons who are appearing in Step-I Basic Subjects Theory Exam) is available at the website of PM&DC www.pmdc.org.pk

　　Step - II: Theory Paper-I & ll (Clinical Subjects)

　　Date:   13th May 2012 (Sunday)

　　Time:   08:30A.M

　　Venue:  Hotel Margala near Convention Center, Islamabad.

　　Application form No.lll-B (For persons who are appearing in Step-ll Clinical Subjects Theory Eaxm) is available at the website of PM&DC www.pmdc.org.pk
