2001-11-23

The Central China Testing Center for Information Security Products was set up in this capital of central China's Hunan Province Thursday.

The central China center will mainly take charge of the security testing of information systems as well as other networks in China's Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi and Henan provinces.

Another four authorized testing branches, now under preparation, will be established in Beijing, southwest China, south China and northwest China, respectively.
