On March 3rd, 2010, Ministry of Education of People’s Republic of China (MOE) published the list of institutions and scale of enrollment for undergraduate clinical medicine programs taught in English (MBBS) for International students, 2010/2011. Schools not on the list neither have the qualification of enrolling international students nor award certificates approved by MOE. China's University and College Admission System (CUCAS) would help international students apply for the 2010 September intake of MBBS programs of accredited universities in China.

　　There are many International students consulting us about transferring to other university to study MBBS program . In fact , we regret that  CUCAS can not help you transfer , because different university has different credit system , universities require students study medical program in the same university for 5 years to get the degree  .  So most universities do not accept transferring . The transferring procedure is very complicated and require students provide many materials. Even though the students provide all the materials the university required , most of them will be failed due to strict  requirement .  CUCAS suggest students to study MBBS refresh if you really need to transfer to another university .
