评价方案使用说明:
1.教师对形成性评价的项目有选择权,可从列表中第三项(高中可从列表中第五项)开始往后任选若干项,也可再补充其他评价项目。
2.学生对自己的学习形成性评价的项目有选择权,可从教师公布的项目中选择参加。小学、初中的第一、二项、高中的第一、二、三、四项是必选项目。
3.“英语学科形成性评价报告单”中各评价项目的成绩均用E、V、G、A、N五个等级表示, E=Excellent, V=Very good, G=Good, A=Adequate, N=Need Much Improvement。表中的三项空白栏目由教师确定评价内容后,自己填写。三栏不够时,还可增加栏目。
4.“英语学科形成性评价报告单”中的“综合评价成绩”一项由任课教师将各评价项目的成绩综合评定后给出。“综合评价成绩”若是excellent,则折合成30分,若是very good,则折合成25分,若是good ,折合成20分,若是adequate,折合成15分,若是need much improvement,则折合成15分以下。
5.中学各学期的学期成绩计算办法:学期成绩=形成性评价成绩+终结性评价成绩形成性评价成绩即“英语学科形成性评价报告单”中的“综合评价成绩”。
终结性评价成绩即每学期的期末考试成绩(以百分制计算为100分×70%)6.小学各学期的学期成绩计算办法与中学计算办法相同,但不以分数形式报告,而以等级制形式报告。

Summary(方案概述)
Students will read world-famous literature works, then create a book review on what they have read. The book review should contain three parts---the outline, their own analysis, and recommendation. Students can use a variety of resources to research and understand why this specific book can become famous and what other commentators think of it. The students will become“experts”in introducing and recommending the book. Then the students will share their view by presenting their products.
Objectives/lesson outcomes(目标/学习成果)
1.Students will gain an overall understanding of the famous literature words.
2.Learn about the world-famous literature characters and the plot of the stories.
3.Motivate their love for great literature works.
4.Be able to connect what they have read with their English language study, and put their heart into it.
