　　According to CUCAS, recently Soochow University has cooperated with China’s biggest online application and admission system successfully.

　　Soochow University is located in Suzhou, an ancient city popularly hailed as “Paradise on Earth”. It is one of the national key universities under the “211 Project” and also a key comprehensive university of Jiangsu Province.

　　School of Overseas Education offers a range of programs to overseas students year round: long-term program of Chinese language, short-term program of Chinese language and Chinese culture, short-term program of Chinese economy, undergraduate program of Chinese language, master program of Chinese language, etc.

　　Each year, there are approximately 1000 overseas students enrolled in these programs, including 300 long-term degree or non-degree language students and more than 400 short-term students. The students are from more than 30 countries including Korea, Japan, America, Germany, France, Australia, England, and Malaysia, etc.
