　　As an international university attempts to improve its role as a key provincial medical university by focusing on its undergraduate education, Fujian Medical University (FMU) has officially joined CUCAS for online application.

　　Fujian Medical University (FMU), located in Fuzhou, the capital city of Fujian Province, serves as a center for teaching, research, treatment, and prevention, and provides other social services. It was founded formerly as Fujian Provincial Medical School in 1937, with its name changed into Fujian Medical College in 1982. Currently, FMU has a total number of more than 20,000 full-time students, including approximately 2,000 postgraduates, and 10,000 undergraduates. It is also entitled to recruit students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and students from foreign countries for its undergraduate programs.

　　With 19 schools and departments, FMU offers 14 undergraduate programs including the featured programs such as MBBS in English, Stomological Medicine in English. There are also Laboratory Medicine, Nursing, Preventive Medicine and so on, which are taught in Chinese.
