  Online Collaborative Project-Based Learning: A Quantitative Study

  Abstract

  This study explored the processes and effectiveness of Online Co-Project-Based Learning using questionnaire survey method. In results, (1) learners have made good uses of online project methods and exhibited positive attitudes toward Online Co-Project-Based Learning; (2) learners were found to have collected and processed variety of relevant materials via the Internet, but made relatively insufficient communications and discussions within/between learning groups; (3) learners' self-regulated learning ability and computing skills demonstrated significant predictive effects on effective Online Co-Project-Based Learning behaviors as well as the benefit from Internet utilization, whilst no significant regression effect was found for the cognitive styles in terms of sense mode bias.
